API Post questions

Aaron Jan 25, 2017 07:42PM UTC

Hey Team,

I've begun playing with the API for my CT-50 thermostat and had great success with all GET requests. However, when I attempt to set any values with a POST request, I receive a {"success": 0} response, but no changes take place. I can specify some of the details of a request if you'd like, but so far every single POST I've made has had the same results. Anything I can look into? For reference, the web app controls the thermostat normally.

Hello Aaron,

Can you elaborate on how you're reaching that message by explaining how you're attempting to post to the CT-50?

source OS, program that is doing the posting, the command structure for that program....
