If when you are trying to log-in to or open you mobile you receive a "Server Error" message. But you can look at the thermostats via the web browser. Please check the following:
Check for devices that do not have a location associated to them.
If you have a thermostat not in any of your locations or there is a location without a name then that is the issue.
To remedy this issue:
Go to manage locations
Find the location the thermostat is in and delete it.
If you can't find the thermostat in any location contact support so we can remove the thermostat from the cloud.
Once the thermostat is deleted or removed by us from the cloud you can reprovision it ether from the app (get thermostat from network function) or via the web browser,
