My outdoor tempature is not showing up on my app or on the web portal.

There are 2 things to check:
1) Please make sure your thermostat is communicating with the cloud server.
2) Check the location information for the thermostat - Make sure you have that information filled in  - especially the zip code.

To find the location information go to the web portal:


Click on down arrow



Click on Manage Location(s)



Enter location information including a valid zip code


Now press save and then click on thermostat(s)


Now you should have Today's Weather displayed.
